Select a product:

• Choose an item from our Product Gallery that suits your style and needs.

• Or request a custom item.

Customize it:

• Click the “Customize this Item” button.

• Select a product type.

• Input your preferred wood materials.

• Choose a size range that suits your requirements. If you need a custom size, please let us know in the “Additional design details and requirements” section.

• Choose a design from our website or request a completely custom design.

• Indicate your preferred colors.

• Provide any other details or requests.

Request a quote:

• Once you have finalized your product preferences, submit the intake form to request a quote for your product.

• We will review your order and design specifications and provide you with a detailed price quote and estimated production timeline. 

Approve quote or make changes:

• Review the quote and let us know if you would like to approve it or make changes.

• If you would like to make changes, we will provide you with an updated quote.

Payment:

• Once you have approved the quote, we will send you a request for payment. Payment in full is due prior to production.

• We accept payments by Square, PayPal, or Venmo.

Production:

• Once we have received your payment, our team will begin production.

• Depending on the complexity and size of your order, production may take several days to several weeks. Our turnaround time for most charcuterie boards is approximately two weeks, while wall hangings and furniture can take from three to six weeks. 

Local pickup:

• We will let you know when your product is ready for pickup.

• Our team will coordinate with you to schedule a pickup time that is convenient for you. The pickup address is 605 Woodland Ave, Atlanta, GA 30316.
