Cleaning the Board

1. Wipe board surface thoroughly using a mixture of course salt, lemon juice, or vinegar.

2. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3. Rinse with warm water.

4. Dry with lint-free cloth.

Conditioning the Wood

1. Apply butcher block oil liberally to surface, allowing it to soak in for 15-20 minutes.

2. Wipe away excess oil.

3. After board is dry, rub with beeswax to coat and protect the wood.

Caring for Leather Handles
(if applicable)

1. Leather should be wiped down occasionally, using a leather conditioner.

2. Avoid using soap, vinegar, or salt on any leather.
